SD-I Multi functional pharmaceutical experimental system is a small size equipment for advanced development of pharmaceuticals used in the laboratory. This system features the all purpose driving unit that can be attached with various kinds of accessory equipment of different functions, to realize the purposes of stirring, mixing, vibrating granulation, homogenizing, pelleting, pressing, sugar coating, etc.
The main driving unit of the SD-1 multi functional pharmaceutical experiment system performs the infinite varying of speed by means of the speed reduction of the worm box and the frequency varying motor controlled by a frequency inverter. The electronic time counter shall exercise the whole range control of the time. All the settings and control are fulfilled by means of the functional key pads on the panel of the main system and remarkably displayed by the liquid crystal display. The operation is easy, simple and straight. In addition, it is equipped with pedal button to make it possible for the operator to operate with foot, so that the hands can be freed for conducting other operation in special occasion. On the back of the main system, power outlet is provided for the local lighting, heating, cooling, dedusting, etc. The voltage is 220V, with the rotary speed of the system can be infinitely adjusted between 0 to 240 revolutions per minute. The setting of timing control can be adjusted within 1000 minutes at will.
The entire system is stainless steel clad. It is convenient for cleaning, maintenance, and in compliance with GMP requirements. |
