At the same time we win through the series of problems such as large noises of the gear driven, easy mangling and difficult adjusting etc. The mainframe, which is designed adopting hyper stillness of the noise, frequency timing and controlling system adopts the programmable controller of the PLC produced by PANASONIC and reliable operating. A photoelectric control system is used to guarantee automatic operation when a bottle arrives at the specified position and automatic halt when there is no bottle under the funnel. In addition, the machine is also prevented from over loading, over current, under voltage or over voltage. This product conforms to the requirements of GMP completely.
