Applications:

This machine is a small size air filtering equipment. It is suitable for filtering dry, low temper­ature and small particles of powder dust produced during manufacturing in pharmaceutical and foodstuff industries. It is not suitable for the filtering  damp, high temperature powder dust.

Features:

  • This machine is made of stainless steal and aluminum alloy which has with good corroded proof ability and does not pollute absorbed materials, so the most of the material can be recollected for use. This machine conforms GMP standard.
  • This machine is consisted of anechoic-chamber, fan device, filter and powder storage. These four parts are combined with four groups of tie rods. Loosing these tie rods, they will separate layer by layer, which brings co­nvenience for cleaning.
  • Silent device, reduce noise.
  • Rectangle exit is on the top of the machine, which can be connected to
    discharge duct of the workshop. Micro-powder can be directly transpired through the discharge duct to outside to keep the wo­rkshop clean.
