These are entry level rotary tablet presses designed to produce round or irregular shape tablets from various kinds of granular materials, especially for small-scale batch production.

During operation, the speed of the turret rotation, the depth of the filling material and the thickness of the tablets can be adjusted. The mechanical buffer unit will prevent punches and apparatus from overload damage. A powder suction unit is attached to take in the residual powder during operation, so that the blockage by the residual powder can be eliminated.

The turret is fully enclosed for a cleaner operating environment. These tablet presses are affordable and suitable for start-up companies in manufacturing round tablets. Custom engraving of letters or logos are available upon request.
